Are you OFSTED registered, and do you accept Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare?
We are very proud in answering YES in all aspects of that question! We are an OFSTED registered childcare provider, accept all forms of Childcare Vouchers as payment and we are registered to receive Tax-Free Childcare.

What is the cost and how can I book?
Our pricing varies dependent on the location and activities that we have to offer and the cost can be found on the site information page.
Bookings can only be made online here. We accept payment via credit or debit card at the time of booking online or BACS to Play Sport U.K Ltd, Sort Code 30-91-91, Account Number 36436660, Ref: Child’s Name. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a sibling discount of 25% and full week discount of 15%. Each discount will be automatically applied to your booking online.
Do Let Me Play staff hold the appropriate qualifications?
All Let Me Play staff possess a valid and up-to-date DBS certificate, first-aid training and safeguarding as a minimum. As a requirement, all staff must also possess a qualification in Multi-Sports and/or childcare. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to reinvest in the development of our staff to aid their personal and professional development.
How do you transport my child to and from their classroom?
For our Breakfast Clubs, our team will ensure your child is taken to their classroom in time for the start of their day. We will always ensure our activities are finished promptly so your child can get prepared for their day.

What should my child/children wear and bring?
Children can attend in their school uniform straight from their classroom. We do recommend trainers for any outdoor activity and allow children to wear PE/sports clothing if they want to change for sports activities.

What activities do you offer the children?
We aim to offer and provide a wide-range of activities throughout the week for children to enjoy. Each location follows a weekly timetable which will include sports, arts n crafts and fun outdoor activities.

Do you provide food & drink?
We provide a selection of nutritious snacks to all children attending our Breakfast & After-School Club. As we are handling and serving food, we take food safety and hygiene very seriously at all of our locations, therefore, our team have all completed their Food Allergy Awareness & Food Safety & Hygiene Level 1.
Our snacks do include gluten free options should your child require, and we will provide alternative options if your child has any additional dietary requirements. However, it is advised that you contact our team prior to your child’s first session so we can ensure the provided snack is appropriate for your child(ren).
We provide water/squash and recommend all children bring a refillable bottle. We do not provide fizzy drinks.
Do you have a booking deadline?
No, you can book right up until the session start time so don’t panic, we’re always here to help with childcare!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your child’s session at any time up until the session start time and the session cost will automatically be added to your credit balance to use for future sessions, or you can request a refund – this can be done via your online account.
If you don’t cancel your session before your session start time, and your child doesn’t attend, unfortunately the cost won’t be applied to your credit balance.
